No 2 pieces will be identical since these are handmade.
Product sizes may slightly vary from the product shown on the website
product colour may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources
Cancellation & Refund Policy :
We sincerely hope that you would not wish to cancel an order once placed.
In a rare event if you would like a refund/return of the product, kindly note our policy as given below –
a) In case you have received the wrong product, the product does not match your order.
b) In case you have received any damaged product. Please send us an email to connectus@craftworldprojects.com along with the photo of the product you wish to return within 24 hrs from the time of product delivery.
c)If the damage is evident at the time of delivery, make note of the damage on the courier’s copy of the airway bill and their delivery sheet, as well as on the copy that you retain. We will replace the package.
d) If the same product is not available, you can purchase any other products of the same value or wait for us to confirm the next delivery status.
If the package is tampered with, refuse to accept the delivery and return it through the courier.
