CraftWorld Projects believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.

  • CraftWorld Projects does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, a return/refund/replacement request can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory. This request must be placed within 30 days of receiving the order.

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will be entertained once the merchant has inspected and verified the issue. This should be reported within 30 days of receipt of the products.

  • If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service within 30 days of receiving the product. Our team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.

  • For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty-related issues.

  • In case of any Return / Refund / Replacement approved by CraftWorld Projects, the refund will be initiated within 7 working days. It may take an additional 3–5 working days for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account/card/original mode of payment. In total, please allow up to 12 working days for the amount to be credited.

  • All returns and exchanges will be processed within 7 days.
